I Heard That They Are Not Going To See Each Other Anymore

Present-day Taipei. Tao, consumed by an inexplicable affection for the indifferent Shin, seeks to preserve their bond through pain. Meanwhile, Melih, a former Istanbul resident running a noodle shop, receives an unexpected flower from the perpetually drunk Ping. As he fixates on the flower, he becomes entangled in Tao's story, reflecting on his own struggles with human connection. Through these intertwined narratives, the film examines the fragility of memory and the ways we attempt to hold onto, or let go of the past. CPH: DOX
