During early access

Guest choices stay in your browser. When signed in, your private library, language preference and any listing reports you submit are stored in Supabase under your account. Authentication uses browser storage. You can download or clear your saved choices on the account page, and explicitly copy guest choices into your account. Downloads contain library IDs, not login details or listing reports. You can also permanently delete your account, which removes its library and reports and revokes its login sessions. Guest browser choices remain separate. Provider backups and operational logs follow their retention periods.

Seat-preview protection

Seat checks are limited to 40 per public IP address in a rolling hour. We store a keyed hash of that address and request times in Supabase, without raw IP addresses or seat maps in this counter. Inactive counters are deleted within approximately three hours of the last allowed check. People sharing a network share this allowance.

Location

We only request location after you choose Near me. Coordinates stay in page memory and are used for approximate distances. Searching manually needs no location access.

External services

YouTube loads when you choose a trailer or press play on a video page. Cinema and map links open external services with their own privacy policies. Our host may process operational access logs. Site fonts are hosted by ScreenHarbour. Account confirmation and password recovery emails use Resend. ScreenHarbour currently has no advertising or marketing email subscription.
